We all need to sign up for a class action law suit against the two or each independently.

Please sign up and join the potential suit.

I am wanting to contact the Law Offices of  Jeffery Figer. To take this case. We need to be reimbursed and given restitution for our losses for this "training" and "certification" of training.

WILKES-BARRE -- With the new tolls taking effect on January 4th cars will increase from 75 cents to 95 cents, while trucks will jump from $6.25 to $7.85.

These hikes are only the beginning. Starting in 2010 the turnpike plans to increase tolls by 3% each year. The increases are linked to Act 44, which stipulates the Turnpike must provide $2.5 billion in supplemental transportation funding from August of 2007 to May of 2010.

Turnpike officials claim that more than 90% of the toll increase will benefit non-Turnpike road and bridge projects across the state.

Truckers and some others say the hikes will hurt business, the area economy and ultimately Pennsylvania consumers. Will it?...

Press release submitted by IOWA 80 Truckstop

Iowa 80 TA Truckstop, located in Walcott, Iowa, will be celebrating its 45th year of serving America’s professional drivers in 2009.

Iowa 80 began its operation in 1964 in a small white enamel building in the middle of Iowa cornfields just west of the Mississippi River; Interstate 80 wasn’t even complete. Standard Oil built and opened the truckstop. At that time, Iowa 80 had two diesel pumps, one lube bay and a small restaurant operated by the Peel Family. In September 1965, Bill Moon took over management of the truckstop for Standard Oil. "My father had an amazing ability to see things that others couldn’t. He always said that Walcott was the perfect spot," says...

Amid the multitude of layoff announcements in the past year, we've heard a quiet chorus of calls for something different--something that would cut costs in a recession without destroying livelihoods.

The Teamsters have tentatively agreed to a 10 percent pay cut for all union workers at major trucking company YRC Worldwide. While the union members themselves won't finish voting on the change until next Tuesday, the agreement with the tough-minded Teamsters is significant.

The Washington Post's Steven Pearlstein explains why:

    The hard-nosed...

Bubba The Love Sponge and his show have been resigned by Sirius XM Radio. The deal, set to last two years, means that satellite radio listeners will not be starved of the “southern red-neck” humor that many have grown to love. As important as the resigning is to fans, the show participants probably are the most grateful.

For Brent Hatley, the new deal means another two years of national airtime where he can advertise his desire to join the swinger community. Hatley stated, ” I am elated. I was worried that I would be limited to six terrestrial markets in my goal of finding that perfect swinger match. Now I can let the entire nation as well as Canada know exactly what I am seeking”

Show personality twenty-five cent was almost brought to tears upon hearing the...

As you are probably aware, the province of Ontario is moving full steam ahead with their plans to mandate speed limiters on all heavy duty trucks traveling within the province.  The regulations require that speed limiters as of January 1, 2009 be set to 105 km/h, regardless of where the truck is domiciled.  OOIDA continues to fight the implementation of this bad piece of legislation but we need your help!

Gilles Bisson, of the New Democratic Party, today stood up for the rights of small business truckers by questioning Transportation Minister James J. Bradley about the implications this bill will have.  Bisson seems to understand that if this legislation is implemented, not only will it make highways less safe and not lead to significant environmental improvements, but it will have economic...
